• Dispatch Timeline:
  Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Delivery Timeline:
  Delivery typically takes 6–9 working days from the date of order placement, depending on your location.

• Order Updates & Tracking:
  Please provide a valid email ID and active WhatsApp number at checkout so we can share order updates and tracking details once your parcel is shipped.

• Need Assistance?
  If you do not receive any update or your order is not delivered within 8 working days, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram along with your order number, and our team will assist you promptly.

• Prepaid Orders:
  All prepaid orders are processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  COD orders will be processed only after you confirm the order details via WhatsApp when we contact you.
