Track Your Order

Since all our products are made to order, we’ll outline the entire process to help you to track it

Suppose you placed your order on Monday.

Monday:
Once you place the order, Orders placed on or before 1 PM will be processed on the same day.

Tuesday:
The casting has arrived, your piece has been tagged, and it is now in production — currently in the filing stage.

wednesday:
Your piece is still in manufacturing — currently in the diamond setting & polising stage.

Thursday:
Your Piece is with plating department, then we do quality check and book the parcel 

Friday:
Your Parcel has been dispatched by friday or by thursday

Here is our complete process — as you can see, every piece is crafted from scratch with precision and a well-defined predictable pathway.

Note:
We require 3–5 working days (days excluding weekends & public holiday) after your order is confirmed to dispatch the parcel.

• Prepaid Orders:
  All prepaid orders are processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery or Order placed under don't know my ring size:
  COD orders or order placed under "Don't know my ring size" will be processed only after you confirm the order details via WhatsApp
• Delivery Timeline:
  It will take 1 to 4 business days for the parcel to reach you depending on your location
• Tracking Link: 
  You will received the tracking link on your register email address once the order is dispatch, if you didn't received an email after 7 working days message us on instagram (Gryfiny.co), we will assist you over there
  

We have tried to explain the process in the simplest way possible. We understand that it may take a few days; however, since we work with real silver and make each piece to order, we do not keep ready stock. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
