POST REPLATING POLICY (₹100)
We provide life time re-plating to all the jewelry you purchase from us
- Customer needs to self ship the ring back in the original packaging to the Gryfiny warehouse along with additional 150rs as the reverse shipping cost
- If the customer is unable to ship it back, The Gryfiny team will assist the customer with a reverse pickup, the charges are ₹150.
- Customer can send the additional 150rs for reverse shipping with the package or UPI us
- Re-polishing & Re-plating cost is ₹100, that needs to paid by the customer before we start the repolish via cash or UPi
