Post Resizing Service (₹100)
Temporary Resizing Service Update — 10th August to 30th August 2026
Please note that from 10th August to 30th August 2026, our complimentary pickup service for resizing requests will be temporarily unavailable.
During this period, customers who wish to proceed with a resizing request may self-ship the jewellery to our workshop address. Once we receive the jewellery, the regular resizing process will be followed as per the policy below.
If you are unable to self-ship the jewellery, please wait until 31st August 2026, when our pickup service will resume. You may then raise your resizing request through our usual pickup process.
Important: The temporary unavailability of pickup service does not mean that resizing service is unavailable. Customers may either:
Self-ship the jewellery to us between 10th–30th August, or
Wait until 31st August for our pickup service to resume.
All other terms and conditions of our Resizing Policy remain unchanged.
Ensuring the perfect fit:
Incorrect Size Sent: In the rare event that we send the wrong size, we will resize the ring and shipping is also on us at no cost to you.
Incorrect Size Provided: The cost for resizing is ₹100 per ring. The customer needs to send back the parcel to us if not, We can assist the customer with a reverse pickup the charges are ₹150 & Return delivery cost is ₹150

3) Charges are to be paid via UPI when we received the package.
Kindly note the below-
1) Resizing is not available for full eternity band. Kindly contact the team if you are not sure about the size before purchase.
2) If you request us to pickup, It may take 2–5 days for pickup to be scheduled from our end.
3) No resizing available if the rings are tempered by other entity.
4) If you don't know your ring size, select the 'don't know my ring size' on ring size menu and complete the purchase my team will help you for your ring size
