Post Resizing Service (₹300)
Ensuring the perfect fit:

Incorrect Size Sent: In the rare event that we send the wrong size, we will resize the ring at no cost to you.

Incorrect Size Provided: The cost for resizing is ₹300. The customer needs to send back the parcel to us. We will resize the ring and send it back. We would require a correct size for the resizing. 

1) Kindly message us at +91 90824 10089 along with your name, Images and videos of you wearing the ring within 7 days of receiving the order.

 2) Customer needs to self ship the ring back in the original packaging to the Gryfiny warehouse along with additional 300rs as the resizing cost.

3) Resizing, Re-polishing, Re-plating & return shipping is covered in 300rs

4) Customer can send the resizing charges as cash or UPI it before the resizing starts

5) If the customer is unable to ship it back, The Gryfiny team can assist the customer with a reverse pickup, the charges are additional ₹200

Kindly note the below-

1) Resizing is not available for full eternity band. Kindly contact the team if you are not sure about the size before purchase.

2)  If you request us to pickup, It may take 2–5 days for pickup once scheduled from our end.

3) No resizing available if the rings are tempered by other entity.

4) Kindly message us on WhatsApp if you have any doubt regarding your ring size  before ordering or select the 'don't know my ring size' option from the drop down.
