At Gryfiny, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.
Exchange Policy
If you received in-correct or defective product reachout to us for an exchange within 7 days
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Shipping cost for exchanges will be bear by us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with the exchange
All jewelry items are eligible for exchange only with the same design and size.
In rare cases, if you’re not satisfied with the product you received, we offer an exchange with any other product. As all our silver rings are made to order due to our wide SKU range, a ₹400 charge will be applicable to cover making and delivery costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Refund Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge the first time.
If the replacement is also defective, we will issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund due to a defective or damaged product, you must provide both of the following videos:

A clear uncut video of the unopened package as received.

A second video shows the package being opened and the defective product inside. These videos help us validate and fast-track your claim.

Message us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your COD order. Note: Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
