Return & Exchange Policy – Gryfiny

At Gryfiny, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.


Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Shipping cost for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Bracelets are only eligible for resizing and cannot be exchanged for a different product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with the exchange or resizing.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge the first time.

If the replacement is also defective, we will issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund due to a defective or damaged product, you must provide both of the following videos:

    1. A clear uncut video of the unopened package as received.

    2. A second video shows the package being opened and the defective product inside.These videos help us validate and fast-track your claim.

    3. Shipping charges for defective replacements are covered by Gryfiny.

Important Notes

Custom-made and personalized jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable.
